Antenatal Classes

We offer group classes with the NCT (National Childbirth Trust) or private sessions, as preferred, focussing on all aspects of childbirth and early parenting, providing information, support and practical guidance.  Antenatal classes are also a great way of meeting other new parents.

Classes are interactive, practical and informal providing plenty of opportunity to get to know other members of the group whilst in a learning environment.

• Typically a 4-5wk course spread over evenings and a Saturday morning consisting of 12 to 15hrs.
• £200 approx
• Courses available on Monday and Wednesday evenings 7.30pm-9.30pm.
• Weekend intensive courses also available.
