Life Coaching for Mothers.

I am a qualified life coach who supports women at various stages of their life ranging from pregnancy coaching through to the years following a return to work.

As the mother of a 3 and a 5 year old, I understand the numerous joys and challenges of birthing, parenting a newborn, toddler and pre-schooler, returning to work and maintaining a work/life balance.

I re-trained as a coach following a 15 year career in marketing and business development and have my own business working as a life coach in clinics in the Berkhamsted area and at Champneys Tring where I do weekly seminars and 1 to 1 consultations.
