Compassion is at the core of Vlada’s approach, who has been teaching Vinyasa yoga for nearly a decade in leading London studios and internationally in Bali, Costa Rica and New York. Vlada specialises in stress relief and trauma-informed methods. Her style is alignment-focused with a dash of creativity brought from her previous career in the arts. While Vlada emphasises the therapeutic benefits of yoga, she also integrates challenge and strength into her sequences, to sharpen resistance and focus, essential to surviving our everyday life.
On Tuesday evenings, Vlada teaches a Mixed Level Yoga class at Carmenta. This Vinyasa class is designed for beginners and advanced students alike, guiding you through a movement sequence with a meditative feel. You will be offered modifications for low impact, along with options for challenge.
