Relax, Stretch & Breathe Pregnancy Classes

Enjoy our unique relax, stretch and breathe yoga-based classes designed to enhance your physical and emotional wellbeing during your pregnancy as well as preparing you for labour and birth. Includes gentle stretching exercises and relaxation.

Classes led by a qualified antenatal teacher and RSB teacher.
