Fussy Eating can be extremely challenging for any parent to cope with; you worry your child is not eating enough, refusing to eat any vegetables or try new foods, with mealtimes often ending in a battle! This interesting and worthwhile Workshop will look at strategies to help you manage & overcome your child’s fussy eating; Nutrition and what makes up a healthy balanced diet for a child (including a focus on portion sizes and example meal-plans), and ultimately, how to achieve this. As a registered Paediatric Dietitian, and a mother of two small children, you can be confident that the advice I provide will be reliable and practical.
