Small Group Training with personal attention specifically for New Mums (from 6 – 8 weeks post natal) and Mums (from 5 months post natal).

Wednesday 10-30 – 11.30am and 11.30am – 12.30pm (Subject to demand)
Babies welcome.
 (Baby chairs provided!)
Ideal for all levels of fitness from 6 weeks post natal (following your post natal check)

Tuesday evenings 8.30-9.30pm. This class is suitable for New Mums and Mums although due to the class being in the evening it tends to be favourable to Mums who are around 5 months post natal.

These classes are booked as a 6 week programme with a specific start and end date

Beez Kneez New Mamas and Mamas Postnatal fitness programme has been devised by Vicky Warr, Gurgle Magazine’s Post Natal Expert and Mothercare Consultant with over 14 year’s experience training Mums to be and New Mums in prenatal and postnatal fitness.  The small group classes at Carmenta Life include exceptional toning exercises to strengthen, tone and flatten your abdominals and help heal diastasis post baby or children. The classes also include conditioning moves to shape up the whole body and help burn baby fat. They are for all levels of fitness and the baby comes too to our daytime class eliminating any childcare costs.
