These are yoga based exercises designed to enhance your physical and emotional wellbeing during your pregnancy and to help prepare you for labour and birth.

Suitable from 12 weeks until the birth of your baby. The emphasise is on relaxation, breath work, gentle stretching exercises and time out for yourself and your baby to enjoy together!
