Pregnancy fitness – Beez Kneez

Beez Kneez ‘Shape Up Your Bump’ programme has been devised by Vicky Warr, Gurgle Magazine’s pre and postnatal expert and Mothercare Consultant with over 14 year’s experience training mums to be and new mums in prenatal and postnatal fitness. The small group classes at Carmenta Life include exceptional toning exercises to strengthen your core muscles and keep your body in shape, fit and healthy during pregnancy. The classes also include safe, very effective conditioning moves and specially devised stretches to help ease pregnancy muscle tension. They are for all levels of fitness. Classes are kept to a maximum of 10.

Classess

Tuesday evenings, 7.15pm – 8.15pm.

These classes run as a six week programme with a specific start and end date.
