Beez Kneez ‘New Mamas and Mamas’ postnatal fitness programme has been devised by Vicky Warr, Gurgle Magazine’s postnatal expert and Mothercare consultant with over 14 year’s experience training ‘Mamas to be and New Mamas’ in prenatal and postnatal fitness. The small group classes at Carmenta Life include exceptional toning exercises to strengthen, tone and flatten your abdominals and help heal diastasis post baby or children. The classes also include conditioning moves to shape up the whole body and help burn baby fat. They are for all levels of fitness and the baby comes too to our daytime class eliminating any childcare costs.
Small group training with personal attention specifically for ‘New Mamas’ (from 6-8 weeks postnatal) and ‘Mamas’ (from 5 months postnatal).
Wednesdays, 10.30am – 11.30am and 11.30am – 12.30pm (subject to demand).
Babies welcome (baby chairs provided!). Ideal for all levels of fitness from six weeks postnatal (following your postnatal check).
Tuesday evenings, 8.30pm – 9.30pm.
This class is suitable for ‘New Mamas’ and ‘Mamas’ although due to the class being in the evening it tends to be favourable to mums who are around five months postnatal.
These classes are booked as a six week programme with a specific start and end date.
