Pregnancy Fitness Class – NEW

NEW pregnancy fitness evening class focusing on legs, bums & tums with experienced personal trainer and pre/postnatal fitness instructor Jilly Stewart of Jilly B fitness.


Classes to start on Tuesday 10th September from 6.45-7.45pm. £10 per session.

Benefits include a reduction in the active stage of labour, reduction of pregnancy symptoms such as back ache, leg cramps, hypertension and diabetes in pregnancy.
