Baby & Child First Aid Courses are aimed at giving learners the skills confidence and knowledge to recognise and treat medical emergencies.

Course content includes:

Child & Baby CPR
Recovery Position
Choking
Head Injuries
Burns
Childhood Illnesses

Non moving babies are welcome and the instructor will allow for feeding breaks.

Classes are in person and may be “one to one/with birth partner” or small group classes depending on bookings.

KGHypnobirthing ONLINE 4-week course

Online KGH Course via Zoom, 2.5 hours per week (at times/days/dates convenient to YOU) plus 2 hours phone/message support and postnatal online or in-person follow-up. Course led by experienced former midwife, antenatal teacher and lactation consultant. Suitable for one to one/birth partner or small groups. Price £197 including course materials.

These weekly sessions are for expectant parents and parents with babies up to one year old.

The sessions are FREE, and are held online via Zoom. They are designed to help support parents who would like to be part of a community, who are feeling anxious or stressed and are seeking guidance and support. Cathy at Carmenta Life will be facilitating this group.
