Classes are in person and may be “one to one/with birth partner” or small group classes depending on bookings.

KGHypnobirthing ONLINE 4-week course

Online KGH Course via Zoom, 2.5 hours per week (at times/days/dates convenient to YOU) plus 2 hours phone/message support and postnatal online or in-person follow-up. Course led by experienced former midwife, antenatal teacher and lactation consultant. Suitable for one to one/birth partner or small groups. Price £197 including course materials.

These weekly sessions are for expectant parents and parents with babies up to one year old.

The sessions are FREE, and are held online via Zoom. They are designed to help support parents who would like to be part of a community, who are feeling anxious or stressed and are seeking guidance and support. Cathy at Carmenta Life will be facilitating this group.

Each session will be from 10:30am to 12 noon on Tuesday. If you would like to participate, please fill in the Information field below with the date(s) you would like to attend and we'll contact you to confirm your place.
