Breastfeeding ‘Cafe’ at Carmenta
Update July 2020
Good News! We are resuming our Breastfeeding ‘Cafe’!
Starting Thursday August 6th August 1.30-3pm, By Appointments Only.
Volunteers Julie and Cathy will be available to discuss any feeding issues in a calm, relaxed environment.
You are invited to book a 20 minute free slot by emailing email@example.com
In order to maintain a safe environment and adhere to socially distancing regulations, our volunteers will wear masks and seating will be 2 metes apart. Only one parent will be permitted to attend, which will usually be Mum if breastfeeding, though we are happy to see babies with bottle feeding issues as well. One volunteer will be allocated to one mum and baby and we will operate a strictly hands off approach, maintaining social distancing. Only two sets of mums and babies will be in the spacious room at one time. The area and chairs will be cleaned before and after each person.
There will be no tongue tie assessments. And If more than 20 minutes is anticipated for complex issues, we recommend booking an individual private appointment instead- details are on the website www.carmenta-life.co.uk
Please read the COVID information on the website.
