Our osteopaths have undertaken postgraduate training in paediatric and cranial techniques. A full case history will be taken for your child as well as a history of your pregnancy and the birth. You may be asked to remove some of your child’s clothing down to their nappy/underwear so that a physical examination may take place.
We always try to put parents and children at ease and ask them to bring a child’s favourite toy, comforter or snacks. You are also welcome to breastfeed your baby if you feel this may settle them during treatment. As a result of your visit our osteopaths will determine the best course of action and agree this with you”
