Cranial osteopathy

Cranial Osteopathy

Parents often consult our Paediatric (Cranial) Osteopaths following their baby’s birth. There might be a specific problem to assess or just an overall check up, to help give you peace of mind.

Your osteopath will carefully assess your baby for any stresses or strains causing them discomfort. Using a highly developed sense of touch and gentle technique, treatment is safe, gentle and effective. Our osteopaths work alongside local midwives, lactation consultants and tongue-tie practitioners to help find the right treatment for you and your baby.

“When a child isn’t fully themselves, parents know.”

Treatment of children is a specialist area of osteopathic practice. All our osteopaths have undertaken postgraduate training in Paediatric Osteopathy and continue to update our knowledge of paediatric practice as part of our ongoing professional development.
