Sarah introduced me to Yoga, something I hadn’t tried before starting her classes. She is an excellent teacher, managing to structure the classes so that the novice is encouraged whilst advanced students are stretched. Each class is different, you never know what to expect, but every one is a fun, stimulating and relaxing experience. I have been doing yoga sessions with Sarah on Mondays for the last 3 years and for the last year I have also joined Sarah’s Friday sessions. I always get a good workout and on Mondays it sets me up for the week and on Fridays for the weekend. The sessions offer a good variety of exercises with clear instructions. She usually structures the session depending on the participants ability, therefore I recommend Sarah for beginner, intermediate and advanced sessions although I don’t do advanced yoga. – Kurt, a fit pensioner
