An energised, creative and strong Vinyasa flow practice followed by a luxuriously long Savasana. Helping you to draw a line between your week and your weekend. Shed the stress and tension of the week away and get ready for a great weekend!

Power Flow Vinyasa

Sunday’s 08:15am (60 min)

The perfect way to start your Sunday leaving you feeling energised and calm. A powerful and strengthening vinyasa flow class, designed to raise the heart rate and promote stronger cardio health. Poses are held for longer which helps to build a connection with the mula and uddiyana bandhas (our core), whilst strengthening through the body and mind.

Yoga with Charli – Thursdays 6pm – 7pm

Dynamic Flow Yoga – Classes are taught from the heart and known for their graceful, dynamic and creative sequencing. They are adventurous yet nurturing so varying abilities can practise together safely and with confidence.
