Carmenta Life is the welcoming wellness centre in the heart of Berkhamsted, just off the high street and close to all local amenities. We offer a wealth of therapies and classes for pregnancy, birth and early years, plus general exercise and wellbeing classes and a wide range of therapies suitable for all ages.
We welcome practitioners in a variety of medical and complementary therapies, to enhance the range and choice of services we can offer to the Berkhamsted community. Our consulting rooms are perfectly suited to therapy (talking therapies and massage therapies), counselling and coaching, with availability for daytime and evening sessions.
Our bright and large studio space is ideal for yoga, pilates, exercise, group therapy and wellbeing sessions, pregnancy and baby classes, and we’d love to add more classes to our timetable.
Whether you are looking to provide your service on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, or to take a consulting room full time, we are sure you will love our bright and calming environment and its unique setting overlooking the grounds of St Peters church and gardens of Berkhamsted School.

*Prices are subject to annual price increases. Reduced rates for half day or full day bookings.

Our large studio is also available to hire for private baby/childrens’ parties on Saturdays and Sundays, at just £50 for 2 hours or £75 for 3 hours. Soft play hire is available at a cost from Tiny Acorns, this needs to be arranged yourself so please contact them on info@tinyacorns.co.uk.
