Pregnancy yoga

Gentle and effective stretching and breathing exercise suitable from 15 weeks pregnancy.

The classes provide a warm and supportive environment to guide you safely through every stage of pregnancy and each class has been designed to help you enjoy preparing physically, mentally and emotionally for labour and birth. Also promoting a greater awareness of your changing body during this special time.


Louise’s classes take place on a Monday, 6:30pm – 7:30pm.
