  • Stress Management – I offer practical coping tools to deal with the mental manifestations of stress and to address the physical effects of stress. I will design for you a bespoke self-care toolkit that helps you unwind and re-energise.
  • Overcoming mental, physical and emotional fatigue – using strategies from Positive Psychology to boost your mood and mental clarity. Yoga sequences designed personally for you to lift your energy levels and release physical tension.
  • Helping you achieve wellbeing: mind and body – we all know what we need to do to boost our wellbeing. My strength as a psychologist lies in helping you make these things actually happen in daily life. We form a partnership to brainstorm a path of action, including strategies to overcome any obstacles. I will keep you motivated to realise your wellbeing goals. This can include exercise prescription, tailor made yoga, advice on nutrition, sleep, rest and relaxation and life coaching.
